we’re interviewed by BEA YOUNGS and Paintball Sports Magazine!

In case you folks still don’t have your fill of information about Jay and I, there is now yet another resource for you:

We were recently interviewed by none other than the infamous BEA YOUNGS PAXSON herself.  As I had always suspected from her online persona Bea is a really cool person to talk to, and Jay and I both sincerely appreciate her taking the time for us.  Seeing as she is currently the editor-in-chief at Paintball Sports Magazine, it would seem appropriate the interview is posted there:

Of course don’t forget, we’re getting closer and closer to July, so make sure your pre-orders are in early.  We’re still kicking around the idea of creating a package at an additional cost with t-shirts or something.  If that happens, anyone who has pre-ordered  before I announce what we’re doing would get that t-shirt (or another product, depending on what we do) for free.

Jay and I discussed it last week, and we’ve decided to give you, our loyal public a little more taste for free.  He and the other editors will be putting together another short segment of some of the “funnier” moments that were caught on film.  They will require liberal use of hte “bleep button” and will take at least a week or two to throw together, but all things considered we believe its time well spent.

We are closing in on locking the picture and I am actively pursuing sponsors both within and without the Paintball industry.  I should toot our own horn by mentioning I have already been contacted by multiple news/media outlets who all seem to be asking for the same exclusive information.  I guess that means at least some people are talk about us.

If you’re on facebook and you haven’t already looked, do a quick search for “Basic Painting.”  I suspect we are quickly growing a larger following there than here on this site.  To be honest though, its not too big a deal for me to maintain both, so rest assured you will be able to follow our progress along with whichever method you choose.
